Cindy brings significant professional experience to the hiring and management of co-workers within our company, and is focused on the internal part of our mission – to build long-lasting relationships with co-workers by knowing their needs and fulfilling their expectations.

Cindy joined Affinis in 2005. Her responsibilities include recruiting and retention, training and development, benefits and salary administration, performance improvement, and employee relations activities. She started her career in the A/E industry straight out of college, and has always enjoyed working with engineers and other technical professionals.
