Tim leads our Lee’s Summit office and brings more than 25 years of experience in bridge, roadway, and highway design.

Tim has worked with our team since 2004 and also has five years of experience with the City of Overland Park. Tim’s experience with both a municipality and the consulting environment enable him to see both sides of the industry in a way that truly benefits our clients. He knows the project approval process and understands our clients budgetary constraints.

While at the City of Overland Park, Tim managed every aspect of the projects he worked on. Of particular importance was the need for Tim to work well with the client, a skill set he has carried on to his work with Affinis today.
