Principal

Long recognized as an expert in urban street reconstruction, highway design, and stormwater, John manages the Affinis municipal street design group. He has led design teams for comprehensive projects which include have included roadway improvements, signalization, street lighting, storm sewer, sidewalks, traffic calming, and bike trails.

John's focus on quality assurance and public involvement for municipal projects helps ensure that stakeholders clearly understand the project's purpose and goal as well as what they can expect at its completion. Such early, frequent communication with stakeholders helps prevent misinformation and promotes project acceptance and support.
