Over the past two decades, Rick's career has touched every aspect of transportation engineering, including highways, major thoroughfares, bridges, and stormwater structures throughout Kansas and Missouri.

In addition to broad experience and outstanding project management skills, Rick evokes trust and confidence in municipal officials as well as private citizens affected by public projects. Savvy in both public involvement and clear communication, he ensures resident questions and concerns receive the attention they deserve, and clients get the support they expect.
