Meet our 2008 Schmitty Award Winner

Accounting clerk Kristi Giles is this year's winner of our much-coveted Schmitty Award!

Our award is given out annually to the co-worker who consistently modeled Affinis’s mission and values.

Kristi, who has been with Affinis since 2001, has all of the qualities we look for in a Schmitty recipient. She values excellence in the accuracy and quality of her work. She selflessly serves others by always being willing to help. Kristi is also a great team player and consistently works with others to meet company goals and make Affinis a better place to work.

“Kristi has a helpful, giving spirit, and she always has a warm smile, and cheerful attitude. She pretty much keeps things running around here. If she doesn’t know the answer, she knows where to find it. She’s very resourceful and informed about our business," said Cindy Martens, SPHR, Manager of Recruiting & Retention.

The Schmitty is an award named after our dear friend and former co-worker Dale Schmidtberger who passed away in 2003. Dale exemplified all of the great qualities we strive for here at Affinis. His professionalism, terrific attitude, and warm influence are still felt in our office today.
