Antioch Road Improvements

151st Street to 167th Street

Client: Overland Park, Kansas

With increased traffic demand spurred by residential growth and a new Blue Valley School District complex, Antioch Road south of 151st Street is in need of improvement. The City of Overland Park selected Affinis Corp. to complete the design for this two-mile major thoroughfare. The project will widen the existing two-lane, rural roadway to a four-lane, median-divided thoroughfare. The project will be designed with a wide median to accommodate a six-lane roadway in the future.
