South Center Street Improvements

Grand Street to I-35

Client: City of Gardner, Kansas

Affinis engineers provided design for 1.5 miles of South Center Street from I-35 to Grand Street. The existing roadway was converted from a two-lane open-ditch roadway to a four-lane arterial with curb and gutter and an enclosed storm sewer system. Affinis provided full-time construction administration.
