Cleveland Avenue Improvements

Client: City of Belton, Missouri

The City of Belton selected Affinis to design the improvements to Cleveland Avenue. This project will widen a 1.5-mile section of Cleveland Avenue to a median-divided, four-lane roadway and includes three roundabouts, one traffic signal, and a lake that will help flood control, provide recreational usage, and add aesthetic appeal. Affinis is responsible for the concept development, feasibility study, and design for the project.
