Commercial Street to North Avenue (M-58)

Client: City of Belton, Missouri

The City of Belton, Missouri, needed to improve the residential neighborhood just north of the downtown business district. At times, stormwater runoff from the downtown area inundated the existing roadside ditches and driveway culverts. The City retained Affinis to design a system of area inlets and underground pipes to convey the stormwater through the neighborhood and outlet it into the storm drainage system constructed with other improvements to the M-58 corridor.
