T.E. Woods Homes selected Affinis engineers to design the infrastructure improvements for their 170-acre Traditional Neighborhood Design (TND) Development located in Kansas City, Kansas.  Affinis engineers have completed design of 30-acres, the first phase of this development.  The site is located northwest of the Leavenworth Road and I-435 interchange.  The project is a mixed-use development that includes residential, commercial, and office uses.  Affinis is also providing construction observation services for infrastructure improvements.
