1990 to 2006 Residential Street Improvement Programs
Client: City of Overland Park, Kansas
Affinis has completed the design of numerous residential street improvement programs from 1990 to 2006. The projects have been funded with City, Stormwater Management Advisory Council (SMAC), and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, and some have included interlocal agreements with other cities. The program has reconstructed open-ditch residential streets to full-depth pavement with curb and gutters, storm sewers, streetlights, signing, sidewalks, and landscaping.
We have been responsible for nearly 117,000 linear feet of improvements with total construction costs of more than $28 million.
