New Longview Development

The master plan for this development called for the restoration of historic Longview Farm as well as development of the surrounding 260 acres. Affinis was responsible for the design of Southwest Longview Boulevard, the backbone arterial through this development that included integration of buildings and other characteristics of the historical Longview Farm area.

Southwest Longview Boulevard serves as the main arterial through this Traditional Neighborhood Design (New Urbanism) project.  Design standards included narrower lanes and development of a “Parisian” type boulevard to fit the character of the development.
