Downtown Blue Springs Master Plan

Client: City of Blue Springs, Missouri

Affinis was part of a team led by 180 Degrees Design Studio that developed a new master plan for downtown development.  Citizen surveys identified downtown as one of the top two priorities for the City.  In turn, the city completed a master plan to look for long-term potential development options.  The plan development process revolved around a seven-day charrette that solicited public input in an open-house format.  Affinis provided transportation planning and connectivity solutions, traffic engineering analysis and roadway improvement phasing options.
