T.E. Woods Homes selected Affinis engineers to design infrastructure improvements for a 170-acre Traditional Neighborhood Design Development located in Kansas City, Kansas.  Affinis engineers completed design of the first phase of this 30-acre development.  The site is located northwest of the Leavenworth Road and I-435 interchange.  This phase is a mixed-use development that includes residential, commercial, and office in the same development.  Affinis was also hired by the developer to provide construction observation services for infrastructure improvements.
