The master plan for this development called for the restoration of historic Longview Farms as well as development of the surrounding 260 acres. The development was funded by a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) district, a Transportation Development District (TDD), the developer, and the City.

Affinis traffic engineers were responsible for the layout and design of three 2-lane roundabouts as well as the traffic signal layout and design at Southwest Third Street and View High Drive. Moreover, they provided construction phasing, traffic control design, pavement marking layout, and traffic signing layout for the thoroughfare and collector road network for the development.
